Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our travel agency team. The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and promoting our travel packages and services to both individual and corporate customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
- Promote and sell travel services including (flights, hotels, packages, corporate travel, day use, and events).
- Identify and approach potential clients (individuals, groups, and corporates).
- Maintain and expand the agency’s customer database.
- Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Negotiate and close sales deals in line with company policies.
- Collaborate with the reservations and operations teams to ensure smooth booking processes.
- Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new travel products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales within the travel & tourism industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of travel services, destinations, and booking systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Target-driven with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of GDS (Amadeus / Sabre) is a plus.
- Fluent in Arabic & good command of English (spoken & written).
