Role Overview
The Senior Sales Associate is responsible for achieving high occupancy rates and maximizing rental revenue across our portfolio. This role combines strategic pricing, targeted marketing, and a relentless focus on guest experience to optimize sales performance and ensure our continued market leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to sustain occupancy rates of 85–95% across properties using data-driven pricing and focused marketing initiatives.
- Analyze occupancy, booking trends, and competitor pricing to adjust tactics for top-line growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations to launch campaigns and promotions that drive bookings and enhance guest satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Ensure seamless booking processes and outstanding guest experiences, resolving issues promptly to drive positive ratings.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and actionable insights to management.
- Record and track all actions on the CRM

Job Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proven sales experience in hospitality, real estate, or property management is a bonus.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a record of using data to achieve results.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Highly motivated and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of the Egyptian hospitality market is strongly preferred.
