Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for driving growth in the chemicals and polymers industry? 

GAP Polymers is looking for a Senior Sales Specialist to join our Commercial team in Egypt!

About the Role:

As a Senior Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and customer engagement. You’ll identify new business opportunities, manage key customer relationships, and implement targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute sales strategies to meet segment objectives.
  • Proactively pursue new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, delivering tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, marketing, technical support) for seamless execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide actionable insights.

Work Context:

Location: Fieldwork-based with regular customer visits.
Workweek: 5 days a week.

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in chemicals, Science, Sales & Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in plastics, chemicals, industrial, or polymer-related industries.
  • Skills:
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Analytical mindset to evaluate market trends and sales performance.
  • Attributes: Results-driven, proactive, customer-focused, and highly organized.
