Job Description

Strategic Planning and Execution:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets within the corporate sector.

· Identify and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.

· Forecast sales revenue and track performance against targets.

· Create and manage sales budgets.

Client Relationship Management:

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients.

· Understand the client's needs and provide tailored solutions.

· Conduct regular client meetings and presentations.

· Resolve client issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Team Leadership and Management:

· Train and manage a team of corporate sales representatives.

· Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback.

· Motivate and inspire the sales team to achieve targets.

· Monitor and evaluate team performance.

Sales Process Management:

· Develop and implement effective sales processes and procedures.

· Ensure compliance with company sales policies and procedures.

· Prepare and present sales reports and presentations.

· Negotiate and close sales contracts.

· Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and e-learning, to ensure alignment.

Business Development:

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities.

· Attend industry events.

· Develop and maintain a network of industry contacts.

· Generate leads and qualify prospects.

Reporting and Analysis:

· Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

· Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.

· Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Job Requirements

· Bachelor's degree in business administration, or a related field (master’s preferred).

· at least 15 years of sales experience and at least 3 years of experience as a manager

· Proven track record of success in corporate sales management.

· Strong understanding of sales principles and practices.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Ability to travel as required.
