Job Description
- usiness Development & Sales
- Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within targeted industries.
- Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, events, and cold outreach.
- Conduct client meetings to understand hiring and HR needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain regular follow-ups to identify future recruitment and HR service needs.
- Market Research & Strategy
- Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential sectors for expansion.
- Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales pitches tailored to each client’s industry and requirements.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive leads and promote services.
- Internal Collaboration
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
- Share market feedback with management to improve service offerings and client experience.
- Participate in planning growth strategies with the senior leadership team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
- 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within an HR/recruitment agency.
- Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong networking abilities and market awareness.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
