Job Description

  • usiness Development & Sales
  • Develop and execute strategies to generate new business opportunities within targeted industries.
  • Identify and approach potential clients through networking, referrals, events, and cold outreach.
  • Conduct client meetings to understand hiring and HR needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
  • Client Relationship Management
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned accounts to ensure high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to identify future recruitment and HR service needs.
  • Market Research & Strategy
  • Research market trends, competitor activities, and potential sectors for expansion.
  • Develop proposals, pricing strategies, and sales pitches tailored to each client’s industry and requirements.
  • Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns that drive leads and promote services.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery of services.
  • Share market feedback with management to improve service offerings and client experience.
  • Participate in planning growth strategies with the senior leadership team.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field (Master’s is a plus).
  • 4–6 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within an HR/recruitment agency.
  • Strong track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong networking abilities and market awareness.
  • Ability to build rapport quickly and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
  • Strategic thinker with problem-solving abilities.
