Job Description
- Attend periodical meetings with Top Management and inform them of shortlisted projects’ opportunities to set target of future awards across various business sectors.
- Implement annual strategic plan for targeted projects to ensure company revenue growth by increasing the customer base and revenue diversification.
- Research the upcoming potential projects in order to know who the potential competitors in the market for each project would be.
- Lead and coach the Business Development team and provide them with the needed support and development plans to improve their performance.
- Carry out day-to-day activities and monitor the performance of the team members to ensure the progress of work as planned.
- Plan effectively and efficiently and prioritize all resources needed based on company goals.
- Participate in contractual negotiations with clients, partners, subcontractors and sub consultants to maximize benefits for the company.
- Maintain and develop strong customer relations with new and existing clients and partners to increase satisfaction rate.
- Represent the company in all conferences and meetings regarding potential projects.
- Act as the main point of communication in the strategic international/Local projects.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with public and private sector clients, consultants, and partners.
- Conduct market research to analyze trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and bids to secure new projects.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of business development strategies with company objectives.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil / Arch are most welcome to apply
- +10 years of experience in similar role
- Experience in the construction industry
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
