Key Responsibilities
- Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across target sectors.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships — you’re the trusted point of contact.
- Develop proposals, pitch decks, and presentations that hit with precision.
- Work with Creative, Intel, and Ops divisions to align client needs with Kavalry’s arsenal of services.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry shifts to stay ahead of the curve.
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and growth objectives.

- 6+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles (agency or related industry preferred).
- Sharp communication and negotiation skills — you know when to push, when to pull, and when to close.
- Strong presentation and pitching abilities; you can command a room and win buy-in fast.
- Solid understanding of marketing, advertising, and digital strategy.
- Self-starter mentality: disciplined, proactive, and relentless in pursuit of opportunities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus but not required).
