Job Description
Ensure achievement of revenue and sales target for the region Design & formulate proposals, presentations and sales pitch to present to client’s/ service providers/etc Conduct Pre scoping, Scoping, Research activities to validate prospective clients/ Customers Act as the point of contact for external customers and communicate customer requirements and specifications to Internal stakeholders, VAS operations teams etc. Liaise with the operations teams and ensure successful project roll outs as per customer / client specifications/ requirements. |
Maintain and ensure adherence to client/vendors/missions Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Marketing Agreements Control, Monitor & Audit the sales deliverables to ensure compliance to defined quality standards Liaise with the Legal team for drafting legal agreements and obtain necessary approvals Ensure adherence to the approval process from local/central post(missions) Identifying New Opportunities (Conventional & Non-Conventional) that will contribute to revenue generation. |
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients/ customers (service providers, insurance companies etc.) to ensure customer satisfactions and thereby enhance profitability Ensure maintenance of Client Relationship, retention and Customer Satisfaction Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. |
Maintains staff job results by coaching, counseling, and as required disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Follows company policies & procedures to ensure effective management of the sales team Formulates pricing policies by reviewing merchandising activities; determining additional needed sales promotion; authorizing clearance sales; studying trends |
Secures merchandise by implementing security systems and measures. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Determines marketing strategy changes by reviewing operating and financial statements and departmental sales records. |
Job Requirements
Education: Minimum: Graduate or global equivalent degree Additional: Post Graduate or global equivalent degree |
Experience: 10 – 12 years of Sales and team Handling experience Experience in Travel industry preferred |
