Job Description

  • Exposure & Approaching for new clients & contracts .
  • Follow up on contract renewal with clients.
  • Approaching to extend a new services with existing clients.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners to enhance business prospects.
  • Develop and implement strategic business development plans aligned with organizational goals and market trends.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities and potential threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as operations, finance, and marketing to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients and decision-makers.
  • Monitor and report on business development performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior management.
  • Represent EFS Facilities Services at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements throughout the business development process.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in business development, within facilities management or a similar industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed services targets in a competitive market environment.
  • Strong understanding of integrated facilities management services and industry best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining successful client relationships.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective business strategies.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and business development activities.
