Job Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
  • Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates in the technology and hospitality sectors.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define role requirements.
  • Utilize multiple sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company values and role requirements.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and market trends to optimize hiring strategies and improve time-to-fill rates.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to position BillQode as an employer of choice.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the hiring process.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 4-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in the technology or hospitality industry.
  • Strong knowledge of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through various channels, including digital platforms and professional networks.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and provide actionable insights.
  • Commitment to delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
