Job Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating offers.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective talent acquisition strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to attract top talent.
  • Maintain and update applicant tracking systems, ensuring accurate and timely documentation of candidate progress.
  • Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews to evaluate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to enhance KUD’s reputation as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies throughout the recruitment process.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics, trends, and outcomes to HR leadership.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Real Estate background is a must.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
  • Demonstrated ability to source and attract high-quality candidates through various channels.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in recruitment.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
