Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition & Organizational Development Senior Specialist is responsible for supporting the execution of recruitment and OD strategies to ensure the company attracts, develops, and retains top talent. The role focuses on delivering efficient hiring processes, contributing to workforce development initiatives, and supporting programs that enhance organizational performance and employee engagement.
Key Accountabilities
Talent Acquisition Execution – Manage the recruitment cycle (job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding) to ensure timely and high-quality hiring.
Workforce Planning Support – Assist in implementing workforce plans aligned with store and head office requirements to support business continuity.
Employer Branding – Contribute to employer branding activities, including career fairs, social media campaigns, and partnerships with universities, to enhance talent pipelines.
Career Development & Succession Planning – Support initiatives that map career paths and identify potential successors for key roles to secure a sustainable leadership pipeline.
Organizational Development Programs – Assist in employee engagement surveys, performance management cycles, and culture-building activities.
HR Data & Analytics – Collect and analyze recruitment and OD data (turnover, time-to-fill, engagement) to provide insights and recommend improvements.
Policy & Compliance – Ensure all talent acquisition and OD practices comply with labor laws and company HR policies.
Continuous Improvement – Recommend enhancements to recruitment processes and OD practices to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Job Requirements
Academic & Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM, PHR, or equivalent) preferred.
Experience:
- 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and/or Organizational Development.
- Experience in retail or high-volume hiring environments is a plus.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems.
