Job Description
- Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract top-tier academic and administrative talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify current and future staffing needs and develop workforce plans.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in recruitment, talent management, or organizational development.
- Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and compliance requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
- Experience facilitating training and development programs.
