Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment cycle

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 6 years of progressive experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, and organizational development.
- Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience designing and implementing OD programs and initiatives.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data and metrics to drive decision-making and process improvements.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with HRIS, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience working in the environmental, sustainability, or industrial sectors is a plus.
