Job Description
- Update the performance appraisal forms when required and provide assistance in monitoring appraisal process.
- Develop & maintain employee job description.
- Support in developing & maintaining new employee orientation & induction program.
- Oversee the full-cycle talent acquisition process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding qualified candidates.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with organizational goals.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and workforce planning requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of proven experience in talent acquisition and organizational development, preferably in the pharmaceutical or manufacturing sector.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
