Job Description

  • Driving and lead the recruiting and selection activities
  • Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies for leadership, mid-career and graduate hiring.
  • Designing and driving the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience
  • Partnering with leaders within the company to track ongoing hiring needs of their business
  • Managing end-to-end recruitment for senior roles
  • Identifying and partnering with external providers as required to ensure hiring needs are met
  • Defining and driving team to meet and exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, diversity hiring and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction
  • Lead the development of innovative OD and learning and development projects, programs and initiatives for the development of the team’s culture and values, management of change, employee engagement and wellbeing, talent management, leadership capability and all employee development related initiatives.
  • Conduct organizational needs analysis and lead the development of appropriate plans and programs to ensure all employees have the skills, knowledge and experience to perform their roles to the highest standard and meet the future needs of the company.
  • Directs the needs assessment for training and staff development to enhance the effectiveness of employee performance in achieving the goals and objectives of the company and designs and develops HR training programs for management and employees.
  • Lead the preparation of job analysis & design descriptions and KPIs for each position and finalizing departments job descriptions.
  • Manage the preparation and updating of all departments’ organizational charts in line with the department director.
  • Defining and leading Performance appraisal structure with the department’s heads  

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and Organizational Development.
  • Proven experience in leading a team (at least 1–2 team members)
  • Completion of professional HR courses or diplomas.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, OD frameworks, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
