Job Description
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop recruitment strategies for open positions.
- Source and identify qualified candidates through various channels, including online recruiting tools, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist the most qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidates' skills and experience.
- Schedule and coordinate in-person interviews .
- Follow up with candidates throughout the interview process and provide timely updates.
- Onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Experience as a Recruiter preferably experience in Blue-collar recruitment and Mass Hiring
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the Recruitment process, including candidate sourcing techniques and interview strategies.
- Excellent time Management and Organizational skills.
- Very good for both spoken and written English proficiency.
