Job Description
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles across departments.
- Source candidates using various platforms (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, internal databases, referrals, etc.).
- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone/video interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
- Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Support employer branding initiatives through social media and job portals.
- Generate recruitment reports and provide regular updates to HR leadership.
- Participate in campus hiring, job fairs, and other talent acquisition events.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role (in-house or agency).
- Familiarity with sourcing techniques and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Strong understanding of HR policies and labor laws related to recruitment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and time management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in IT/Tech or [specific industry] recruitment.
