Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for various roles within the organization.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract qualified candidates, particularly for real estate consultancy and support functions.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and desired candidate profiles.
- Utilize multiple sourcing channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to build a strong talent pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate assessments, interviews, and reference checks to ensure alignment with company culture and job specifications.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities using applicant tracking systems.
- Coordinate and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
- Monitor and report on key recruitment metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of talent acquisition strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, labor market conditions, and best practices in recruitment and employer branding.
- Support employer branding initiatives to promote The Address Investments as an employer of choice in the real estate sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 year and up to 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple vacancies, and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR software.
- Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
