Job Description
- Managing and coordinating the processes of registering and accrediting the company as a vendor with governmental bodies and authorities.
- Submitting and following up with subsidiaries of the General Petroleum Corporation, the Petrochemicals Holding Company, and the Natural Gas Holding Company.
- Preparing and delivering the required technical and financial documents for vendor accreditation.
- Following up on registration procedures and regularly updating the company’s information.
- Maintaining accurate records of registration requests and renewal dates.
- Handling the delivery and receipt of documents with banks, clients, and suppliers.
- Drafting official letters and correspondence.
- Maintaining and organizing the company’s documents and records.
Job Requirements
- Experience in the same field.
- Good knowledge of vendor registration procedures with government entities and companies in the petroleum and energy sectors.
- Ability to efficiently prepare technical and administrative documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Excel – Word).
- Proficient in handling emails in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with representatives of various entities.
- Previous experience dealing with target companies is preferred.
- Willingness to travel across different governorates for registration, follow-up, and submission of company applications.
