Job Description
- Oversee and execute daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives.
- Advise managers and employees on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Manage employee records, contracts, and HR documentation, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. Handle day-to-day HR administrative tasks including attendance, leave management, and employee data updates.
- Oversee monthly payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculation of salaries, benefits, deductions, and overtime. Coordinate with finance and relevant departments to ensure timely salary disbursement, while maintaining compliance with statutory requirements and company procedures.
- Conduct regular audits of HR processes and recommend improvements for efficiency and compliance.
- Support talent acquisition strategies by sourcing, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR functions.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, including surveys, recognition programs, and wellness activities.
- Prepare HR reports and analytics to support strategic decision-making by senior management.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR core (personnel, payroll, and recruitment)
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems.
- Proactive approach to identifying and resolving HR issues.
- Flexibility to work onsite and adapt to organizational needs.
