We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sr. HR Generalist with 5 to 7 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have advanced Excel skills and a solid background in Recruitment process, Payroll & attendance administration, Personnel and medical file management.
- Handle the full recruitment cycle by preparing and updating job descriptions, posting ads, HR interviewing & evaluation of selected candidates, and managing the hiring process.
- Oversee the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires and departing employees.
- Ensure full compliance with Egyptian labor law and company policies.
- Ensure accurate documentation and maintenance of employee personal files in compliance with the Egyptian labor laws and company policies.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, addressing concerns related to time management, company policies and procedures, HR documentation, statements, etc.
- Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and systems to enhance organizational efficiency.
- Prepare and process monthly payroll accurately and coordinate with the finance department.
- Maintain and update employees’ medical files and coordinate with medical insurance providers.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date employee records , HR documentation, and database
- Support general HR functions and employee engagement activities as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5:8 years of proven experience in HR, preferably in a similar role
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and payroll processes.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
