Job Description
- Oversee and execute end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding processes.
- Support talent acquisition efforts by sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various roles across the organization.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
- Ensure compliance with all employment laws and regulations, maintaining accurate and confidential employee records.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in HR generalist roles, preferably within a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
- Comprehensive knowledge of Egyptian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with experience in HR reporting and data-driven decision making.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site office environment.
