Job Description
- Oversee and execute the full spectrum of HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational objectives and legal requirements.
- Advise management and employees on HR best practices, conflict resolution, and compliance matters.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talent for various departments.
- Coordinate and facilitate employee training, development programs, and succession planning.
- Manage compensation, benefits administration, and payroll processes to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Conduct regular HR audits and ensure adherence to labor laws and company standards.
- Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports for senior leadership to inform strategic decision-making.
- Support organizational change management and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in human resources, preferably in a fast-paced or technology-driven environment.
- Startups Experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices within Egypt and the broader Middle East region.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust at all organizational levels.
- Experience with HRIS systems and data-driven HR decision-making.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges.
- Fluency in English and Arabic, both written and spoken.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
