Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of construction projects.
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle ensuring timely and effective talent acquisition.
- Manage employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and foster a positive, inclusive work environment across on-site and office-based teams.
- Design and execute training and development programs to enhance workforce skills and support career progression.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and company policies within the construction and real estate sectors.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and feedback for all staff levels.
- Develop and monitor HR metrics to assess workforce effectiveness and recommend improvements.
- Administer compensation, benefits, and payroll processes in coordination with finance and external vendors.
- Support organizational change initiatives, including restructuring, expansion, and cultural integration.
- Collaborate with senior management to forecast workforce needs and develop succession planning strategies.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 12 years’ experience in human resources.
- Experience in construction companies is a must.
- Excellent command of English language.
- HR Diploma is a must.
- MBA is a plus.
- Strong Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and Social Insurance Law.
- Strong Knowledge of Egyptian Income Taxes Law.
- Excellent experience in dealing with governmental offices.
- Experience with ERP systems and HR Applications is a plus.
- Experience in both strategic and operational HR.
- Experience in HR best practices.
- Experience in managing teams.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Excellent in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent Leadership skills.
