Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.
- Maintain pay plan and benefits program, ensuring competitive and equitable compensation structures.
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management and keep up to date with labor law regulations.
- Lead performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback, and performance reviews.
- Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Oversee HR metrics and analytics to drive data-driven decision making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement policies that promote a positive and productive work environment.
Job Requirements
- 5-8 years of proven experience in a human resources management or related role.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Experience with recruitment, onboarding, and talent management processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Proven leadership skills and experience managing HR teams or projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work full-time, on-site, and commit to a long-term role.
