Job Description
- Lead and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training & development, payroll, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, international standards, and customer codes of conduct.
- Develop HR policies and procedures that align with company values and global brand requirements.
- Partner with factory leadership to drive employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
- Oversee grievance handling, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Implement training and development programs to build employee capabilities and leadership pipelines.
- Manage HR audits and buyer compliance assessments.
- Analyze HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, productivity) and recommend improvements.
- Lead HR team members to deliver professional, timely, and effective HR services.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 12+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a managerial role within manufacturing (garment industry preferred).
- Strong knowledge of labor law, compliance standards, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience in handling large workforces (3,000+ employees).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office tools.
- Fluency in English; experience with multinational environments is an advantage.
