As we continue to scale, we are looking for a Senior HR Manager to lead and optimize our people operations in a fully remote environment.
Position Overview
The Senior HR Manager will be responsible for shaping HR strategy, building scalable processes, and ensuring our workforce is engaged, aligned, and equipped for success. The role is 100% remote, but the candidate must be Egyptian and residing in Egypt.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for software engineers, testers, UX/UI designers, product managers, and other software-related roles.
- Design and implement HR policies tailored for a remote-first company.
- Oversee talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and career development.
- Ensure compliance with Egyptian labor law while aligning with international remote work practices.
- Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and culture development.
- Implement HR analytics and reporting to support data-driven decisions.
Job Requirements
Requirements
- Egyptian national, residing in Egypt.
- 8+ years of progressive HR experience, including 5+ years in senior HR leadership roles in software/IT services.
- Proven track record in technical recruitment.
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, compliance, and best practices for remote teams.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency with HR systems, ATS platforms, and remote collaboration tools.
- Plus: Experience with AI-powered HR/recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter AI, HireVue, Pymetrics, or similar).
