Job Description
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, development, retention, and offboarding processes.
- Develop, implement, and monitor HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal regulations and company standards.

- Ensure accurate and confidential maintenance of employee records and HR documentation.

Job Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in human resources management or a related field.
- Demonstrated expertise in HR operations, employee relations, and talent management.
- Proven ability to lead and develop HR teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Experience designing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in HR metrics and reporting.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
