Job Description
- Lead and oversee the daily operations of the HR section, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with company policies.
- Supervise and mentor HR staff, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to foster professional development.
- Develop, implement, and update HR policies, procedures, and best practices to support a productive and compliant workplace.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in a fair and timely manner.
- Coordinate performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare regular reports for management to support strategic decision-making.
- Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, ensuring company compliance and minimizing legal risks.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify workforce needs and support organizational growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- +8 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead and manage HR teams in a fast-paced, office-based environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR policies, labor laws, and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to challenges.
