Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
- Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the organization.
- Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
- Advise senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
- Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
- Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
- Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
- Must have experiences in Software, Marketing or Real Estates
- Must be Flexible to travel inside Egypt and outside the country including weekends & Holidays.
- Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
- Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
