Job Description

  • Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s mission and business objectives.
  • Oversee all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
  • Lead talent acquisition initiatives to attract, hire, and retain top talent within the organization.
  • Design and execute employee engagement programs to foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and internal policies.
  • Advise senior leadership on organizational development, workforce planning, and succession strategies.
  • Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary processes with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Oversee compensation, benefits, and rewards programs to ensure competitiveness and equity.
  • Drive learning and development initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Utilize HR analytics and data-driven insights to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a human resources leadership role.
  • Must have experiences in Software, Marketing or Real Estates
  • Must be Flexible to travel inside Egypt and outside the country including weekends & Holidays.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated experience in talent acquisition and employee engagement.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Experience with HR information systems and data analytics.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
  • Willingness to work onsite and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams.
