Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Performance Management Manager to join our HR team at YourParts Company. Job Requirements

Performance Management Strategy:

  • Design and implement a comprehensive performance management framework that encompasses goal setting, continuous feedback, performance reviews, and employee development plans.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align performance management initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives and core values.

Training and Development:

  • Develop and deliver targeted training programs for managers and employees to enhance skills related to performance evaluation, feedback delivery, and coaching.
  • Create resources such as guides and toolkits to support managers in conducting effective performance conversations.

Data Analysis:

  • Utilize performance metrics and employee feedback to identify trends, strengths, and areas for improvement within teams and departments.
  • Generate detailed reports and dashboards for senior management to inform strategic decisions and assess the effectiveness of performance management initiatives.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with department heads to ensure performance management practices are tailored to meet specific departmental needs and objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-departmental workshops to share best practices and foster a unified approach to performance management.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Lead initiatives aimed at refining the performance management process, incorporating employee feedback to enhance the experience and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in performance management to ensure the company remains competitive and innovative.

Compliance:

  • Ensure that all performance management processes comply with legal and regulatory requirements and align with company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling performance-related data and employee information.

Conflict Resolution:

  • Address and resolve performance-related issues in collaboration with HR Business Partners and provide guidance on difficult conversations.
  • Mediate conflicts that may arise during performance reviews and offer solutions that align with company values.

Communication:

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for performance management-related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to employees and managers.
  • Develop internal communication strategies to promote awareness and understanding of performance management initiatives.
