Job Description
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with overall business objectives.
- Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, addressing demands, grievances, or other issues promptly and professionally.
- Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4-6 years of progressive experience in human resources management.
- Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and HR policy development.
- Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities.
- Proficiency with HRIS and common office software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
