Job Description

Job Title: HR & Administration Manager

Reports To: Shared Service Director 
Department: Shared Service
Location: Cairo

 

Job Purpose

To lead and manage all Human Resources and Administration functions, ensuring effective talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance with labor laws, and efficient administrative operations that support the company’s strategic goals.

 

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources Management

  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with business objectives.
  • recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Design and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure fair and transparent evaluation.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions in accordance with company policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health & safety regulations, and HR best practices.
  • Administer compensation, benefits, and rewards programs.

Administration Management

  • Oversee office management, facilities, and procurement activities.
  • Manage company travel arrangements, logistics, and accommodation for staff and visitors.
  • Supervise administrative staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Maintain accurate company records, licenses, contracts, and legal documents.
  • Coordinate with government authorities for company registrations, visas, work permits, and other compliance matters.

 

 

 

Job Requirements

 

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in HR and administration, with at least 2 years’ experience in Saudi market or saudi company
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR systems, and best practices for Egyptian and Saudi labor law
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and programs.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
