Job Description
- Supervise and ensure the timely completion of newcomers’ probation period appraisals; coordinate with the other HR team on necessary actions based on appraisal outcomes.
- Oversee the semi-annual and annual performance appraisal cycles, providing guidance and training to technical teams to ensure fair, consistent, and objective evaluations.
- Analyse appraisal data, recommend and support the implementation of targeted development plans and improvement initiatives.
- Lead succession planning and career path development initiatives in coordination with department managers. •
- Oversee the review and continuous enhancement of departmental structures, job descriptions, KPIs, and competency frameworks in collaboration with technical teams.
- Supervise the creation and standardization of HR Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs); formalize effective practices into policies that foster a productive and compliant work environment.
- Ensure proper communication and employee understanding of critical HR and OD policies through awareness sessions and accessible documentation.
- Lead the design and execution of the annual training needs analysis and the development of the corporate training plan.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external partners to implement training programs, and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance indicators.
- Maintain accurate records of internal and external training activities and analyze training impact on employee performance and organizational goals.
- Design and supervise the delivery of HR-related training, onboarding, and orientation materials, including visual presentations and documentation.
- Prepare and present periodic reports on key OD metrics such as employee engagement, turnover analysis, development progress, and organizational growth, to support strategic decision-making.
- Any other task/ project assigned by the direct manager and the HR leadership.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor's degree of any related field, Business Administration is preferred.
- Experience: (5-9) years of experience in the HR field.
- Knowledge: HR Diploma/ Certificate is a must.
- Very good command of English and Arabic languages.
- Good command of Microsoft Office, Browsing and other Computer Skills.
- High level of Communication Skills, Negotiation Skills and Presentation Skills and Time Management.
