Job Description

  • Design and implement company policies and procedures that promote a healthy work environment.
  • Analyze current HR practices and identify areas for improvement and growth.
  • Address employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally.
  • Oversee and manage performance appraisal systems to drive high performance and employee engagement.
  • Lead talent management initiatives. 
  • Develop and maintain competitive pay plans and benefits programs.
  • Administer payroll, deductions, and benefits enrollment.
  • Conduct salary reviews and recommend adjustments based on market benchmarks.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws, health and safety standards, and internal policies.
  • Prepare and analyze HR metrics (turnover, headcount, training ROI, etc.) and provide recommendations and plans to improve these metrics based on the data collected.
  • Maintain accurate HR records, contracts, and documentation for audits and regulatory purposes.
  • Manage HR budgets and contribute to organizational culture initiatives.
  • Support change management and organizational restructuring efforts.
  • Assume other duties as assigned by his direct manager.
     

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • HR certifications, such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, and CIPD, are preferred.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in HR roles, including leadership of multifunctional teams
  • Experience across all HR functions, including recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and HR analytics tools.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with integrity and professionalism.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Visio.
