Job Description
We are seeking a Process Improvement Section Head / Manager & Operational Excellence) who will play a key role in analyzing and improving organizational workflows. The role focuses on identifying inefficiencies, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and driving continuous improvement projects across business functions. This is a hands-on position requiring strong data analysis skills, excellent communication, and the ability to manage change initiatives that deliver measurable impact.

Job Requirements
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Finance, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or business transformation roles.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt (minimum) certification required.
- Proven hands-on experience in process improvement or operational excellence projects.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and deliver measurable improvements.
- Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis software.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, Minitab, or similar).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in change management and driving adoption of process changes.
- Ability to work independently on applied projects and deliver tangible improvements.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in process improvement with a recorded successful improvement projects.
- Exposure to continuous improvement frameworks in a corporate or industrial environment.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies.
- Demonstrated success in applying Lean Six Sigma or Kaizen methodologies with measurable results.
- Background in project management, organizational change management, or business process reengineering (BPR).
