Job Description
• Analyze and control manpower utilization across operations to ensure optimal workforce productivity.
• Conduct background process analysis to identify bottlenecks and propose corrective actions.
• Drive labor productivity improvement initiatives through data analysis, benchmarking, and best practices.
• Lead and implement Lean Manufacturing projects to eliminate waste, improve efficiency, and enhance output quality.
• Develop and monitor KPIs related to manpower, process efficiency, and cost reduction.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Production, HR, Supply Chain, Quality) to align improvement projects with business objectives.
• Prepare progress reports and present results to management.
Job Requirements
- • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–5 years of experience in a similar role (preferably in manufacturing or production environments).
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing concepts, Six Sigma, and process optimization tools.
• Proven experience in manpower productivity control and process analysis.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and data analysis tools.
