Job Description
- Collect, analyze, and interpret production data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly production performance against targets.
- Prepare production reports, dashboards, and KPIs for management review.
- Support production planning and scheduling to optimize resource utilization.
- Collaborate with production, quality, supply chain, and maintenance teams to resolve operational issues.
- Identify bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Assist in cost analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for production operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, automation, and process optimization projects.
- Provide insights to management for strategic planning and decision-making.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, or related field.
- 4 – 7 years of experience in production analysis, operations, or manufacturing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Excel, ERP systems, and data analysis tools (Power BI, Tableau preferred).
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
