Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control systems and procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Lead and mentor the quality control team, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster professional growth and high performance.
Conduct regular inspections and audits of production processes, materials, and finished products to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for process optimization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for quality, reporting findings to senior management and recommending corrective actions as needed.
Manage non-conformance investigations, implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure timely resolution of quality-related issues.
Maintain up-to-date documentation of quality control processes, inspection results, and compliance records.
Oversee supplier quality management, including audits, evaluations, and ongoing performance monitoring.
Stay informed of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes to ensure the company remains at the forefront of quality management.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality control, quality assurance, or a related field, with demonstrated leadership responsibilities.
Proven track record of developing and implementing effective quality control systems in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in quality management.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and drive actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
Experience managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Experience with supplier quality management and external audits is highly desirable.
Ability to work onsite and adapt to changing business needs and priorities.
