Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the Quality Control department for sheet metal forming.
- Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and inspection standards.
- Supervise QC inspectors and ensure adherence to established procedures.
- Monitor production quality at all stages, from raw materials to finished products.
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with ISO and other relevant quality standards.
- Prepare and present quality reports to management.
- Coordinate with production, engineering, and procurement teams to resolve quality issues.
Job Requirements
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience in quality control within sheet metal Fabrication
- Strong knowledge of metal fabrication processes (cutting, bending, welding, surface finishing, etc.).
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and quality management systems.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in using measurement tools and QC software.
