Job Description
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding for various healthcare and administrative roles.
- Develop and implement organizational development (OD) initiatives to enhance employee engagement, performance, and retention.
- Collaborate with department heads to identify talent needs and create effective workforce planning strategies.
- Design and execute talent management programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential employee identification.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and OD program outcomes to provide actionable insights and continuous improvement recommendations.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to support organizational change and foster a culture of continuous learning.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor market trends, best practices in talent management, and regulatory requirements.
- Support the development and revision of HR policies and procedures to align with organizational objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external recruitment agencies, universities, and professional networks.
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout all touchpoints of the talent lifecycle.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of proven experience in recruitment, organizational development, or talent management, preferably within the healthcare or services sector.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
- Strong knowledge of organizational development methodologies and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems, applicant tracking systems, and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to analyze data, generate reports, and present insights to management.
- Experience in designing and facilitating training or development programs.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken) is highly desirable.
