Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated HR Specialist to join our growing team and support the HR Manager in driving efficient HR operations. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, labor law compliance, and delivering smooth HR services within a dynamic software company environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the HR Manager in implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leave, contracts, insurance).
- Manage the full recruitment cycle and onboarding/offboarding processes.
- Prepare monthly HR reports and support payroll/benefits administration.
- Act as the first contact point for employee inquiries and relations.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement and employer branding activities.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a software company.
- Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law, Social Insurance, and recent updates (Law No. 14/2025).
- Solid recruitment and HR operations experience.
- Strong presentation and communication skills (verbal and written, English & Arabic).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Good problem-solving and analytical abilities, with experience in HR analytics preferred.
- Ability to utilize AI tools to enhance HR efficiency and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP/HR systems (Odoo, ZenHR, etc.) is a plus.
