Job Description
- Handle attendance, leaves, and update employees’ database.
- Participate in the recruitment process (posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews).
- Prepare employment contracts and follow up on onboarding and exit procedures.
- Support in performance appraisal process and collect evaluation data.
- Address employees’ inquiries and follow up on complaints.
- Maintain and organize employees’ files (hard copy & soft copy).
- Prepare periodic HR reports for management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR (preferably in the same industry).
- Good knowledge of Egyptian labor law and social insurance regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel & Word).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good command of English is preferred.
