Job Description

 

  • Responsible for recruitment needs including searching for the right calibers (white and blue collars), handling interviewing and evaluation processes. 
  • Responsible for SAP HR Modules.
  • Works on solutions design, builds and implements the systems.
  • Follow up and review all personnel and transaction reports.
  • Follow up and maintain all the employee's database on SAP.
  • Assist with all internal and external HR related matters.
  • Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status.
  • update and record HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee exit interviews to identify areas for improvement in the organization & sources of job dissatisfaction.
  • Maintaining records of employee participation in all training and development programs.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in a human resources role, preferably FMCG previous experience .
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, policies, and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance requirements.
