Job Description
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and internal HR policies.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of HRIS and payroll systems.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits programs and statutory deductions.
- Collaborate with finance and accounting teams to reconcile payroll data and resolve discrepancies.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and operational efficiency.
- Administer and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain and update employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and personnel files.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, including contract preparation, documentation, and exit interviews.
- Handle employee inquiries regarding payroll, benefits, and HR policies in a timely and professional manner.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in HR and payroll administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory requirements.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software applications.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
