Job Description
- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes to attract top talent.
- Develop and implement workforce planning strategies to meet business needs.
- Support OD initiatives including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement programs.
- Supervise HR operations activities including personnel, employee relations, and compliance with labor law.
- Collaborate with line managers to identify HR needs and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure accurate HR reporting, documentation, and policy implementation.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 6–8 years of HR experience, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven experience in Recruitment and OD within an industrial/FMCG environment.
- Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
