Job Description
- Lead the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles across the organization, including medical, spa, gym, and administrative positions.
- Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies to attract high-quality candidates aligned with GROOVY’s mission and values.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions and specifications.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.
- Manage and maintain a robust candidate pipeline to ensure timely fulfillment of open positions.
- Coordinate and facilitate interview processes, including scheduling, feedback collection, and offer negotiations.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey, from initial contact to onboarding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to optimize processes and report on hiring outcomes.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
- Support employer branding initiatives to position GROOVY Medical Spa as an employer of choice in the wellness and medical aesthetics sector.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-6 years of proven experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably within the healthcare, wellness, or hospitality industries.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in employer branding and talent marketing is a plus.
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and employment.
