Job Summary:
-Responsible for the internal hiring of BDO Esnad
-Sourcing, Job posting in different Recruitment channels
-Phone screening, Conduct face to face interviews
-Evaluate the applied candidates
-Coordinate with the hiring managers the process of technical interviews and interview Evaluation
Job Requirements:
-2 to 3 years of experience in talent acquisition
-Excellent English language
-Good computer skills
-Excellent communication skills
-HR Certificate is a plus
