Job Description

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote UNI Power as an employer of choice.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
  • Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
