Job Description
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote UNI Power as an employer of choice.
- Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.
- Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
